Reservation Policies
Before making a reservation you must agree to the following terms & conditions:
- A Major Credit Card is required. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
- A deposit of the first night's rent will be charged to your card at the time the reservation is made.
- There is a two-night minimum for your stay; three nights on holiday weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Children are always welcome, even encouraged, at Agarita Creek Farms.
- Because of the abundance of wild game at Agarita Creek Farms, and for the protection of your pet, no
pets are permitted at Agarita Creek Farms.
- Due to our small size, we have to have a fairly strict cancellation policy. Please see our cancellation policy below.
- There is no smoking permitted in our cabins; please confine all smoking to the front porch areas, and be aware of dry
conditions when smoking.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted, but we ask that you confine drinking to the cabin and porch areas and properly dispose of trash.
- Please confine automobile and motorcycle use to our main road into the cabin area. Please confine bicycle and ATV use to our
roads and trails. We are working hard as we can to be responsible stewards of our land. Agarita Creek Farms cannot be responsible
for accident or injury suffered through operation of any motor vehicle or bicycle. Violations of our policy with regard to the use
of bicycles and motor vehicles is taken seriously, and may result in the termination of your stay.
- The use of firearms is permitted only to persons purchasing hunting packages, and then only through the approved use of firearms,
after consultation with Agarita Creek Farms. Agarita Creek Farms cannot be responsible for accidents incurred during hunting or shooting.
Cancellation Policy
- A deposit of the first night's rent will be charged to your card at the time the reservation is made.
- The remainder of your stay will be charged 7 days prior to your visit, or at the time of the reservation if the reservation
is made within 7 days of your stay.
- Canceling your trip within 14 days of your arrival will result loss of the deposit for the first night's stay.
Canceling within 7 days of your arrival will result in forfeiture of all charges.
- While monies can not be refunded for late cancellations, due to our small size,
all amounts other than the first night's deposit can be applied towards a future stay,
if a new reservation is made at the time of cancellation.
- Please feel free to check with us should you be traveling on short notice. We will accommodate you as best we can.
